- Create something – turn frustration into designs, words, or ideas.
- Move – walk, train, breathe, reset the mind.
- Talk – silence feeds the dark stuff, conversation breaks it.
- Build – every small step toward the dream drowns out doubt.
Bad days happen. What matters is what you do with them.
